Company Profile

Linder & Associates RESU was incorporated in October of 1989. We have enjoyed steady growth since our inception. We manage approximately 2,200 apartment units over 90 separate locations and approximately 500,000 square feet of retail property over 20 separate locations. Our portfolio consists of apartment buildings ranging from ten to two hundred units along with small to medium sized retail complexes throughout the Southern California area.
