DAVID A. LINDER
Founder and President

Real estate executive David A. Linder, a Certified Property Manager (CPM), has been successfully managing a full spectrum of portfolios in California, Nevada and Arizona for over thirty years.

Born in Nebraska and raised in Los Angeles, David grew up immersed in his family’s property management business. In 1974, he became a property supervisor for R & K Realty, managing a small portfolio of apartments, condominiums and single family owned homes. Five years later, Charles Dunn Company recruited him as their apartment division General Manager to oversee 12,000 units located in southern California and Phoenix.

In 1989, David founded Linder & Associates R.E.S.U., a California corporation that specializes in comprehensive property management and receivership services. The firm has enjoyed steady growth from inception, and currently has a portfolio of 2200 apartment units and 900,000 square feet of retail space.

As a licensed real estate broker and bonded, court-appointed receiver for Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties, David’s extensive industry knowledge and management expertise has helped his clients enhance their investment values and maximize their asset potential for twenty years.

Linder resides in the San Fernando Valley and is a Board Member of The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles (AAGLA).

An avid cyclist, David is also a member of the San Fernando Valley Bicycle Club that takes weekend road trips throughout California.
