Linder & Associates specializes in comprehensive property management and maintenance services for apartment buildings and retail properties located in the City of Los Angeles and surrounding areas.

Founded by real estate executive David A. Linder, the company has been profitably managing client portfolios for nearly 30 years. In 2012, Paul Tennen purchased the company from David Linder and has continued to build upon the legacy of trusted, exceptional service that people have come to expect from Linder.

Since our inception, we have offered our expertise and insight of the industry to our clients and their investments. We understand the importance of fostering and strengthening client relations and we have a passion for providing high quality service. Our true value comes from our ability to enhance property values, lower operating costs, and create clean and safe living environments for every resident or tenant we serve.

We are honored to say that as a result of hard work and dedication, Linder’s portfolio has continued to expand annually and now includes more than 2,200 apartment units in 150 buildings of varying size, and 900,000 square feet of rentable space at retail complexes in prime southland communities.
